Questions were raised with regard to whether the Penalty <br /> Section should be more specific as to whom the citation <br /> would be issued and that it would be issued for each sign <br /> found to be in violation of the Article. The Council <br /> attorney noted that she would have the appropriate <br /> amendatory language ready by the public hearing this <br /> evening. <br /> Following further discussion, Council Member Coleman made a <br /> motion seconded by Council Member Luecke that Substitute <br /> Bill No. 43-91, as amended, be sent to the Council with a <br /> favorable recommendation. The motion passed. <br /> In response to comments by Council Member Slavinskas that <br /> amendments to Real Estate For Sale signs may need amendment, <br /> Council Member Coleman suggested that he contact individuals <br /> with the Board of Realtors for imput. <br /> There being no further business to come before the <br /> Committee, the meeting was adjourned at 4:30 p.m. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Council Member Lee Slavinskas, Chairperson <br /> Zoning and Vacationing Committee <br />
