1.Repair Front Porch <br />The front porch has multiple leaks in the roof which have caused damage to the ceiling <br />and floor. Additionally, the corner supports have sunk causing stress on the main house <br />and damage to the porch. Our plan is to replace any wood that can not be repaired, <br />straighten and secure the footings, and repair the roof. We will use the original blueprints <br />to direct our repairs.
