It <br /> was noted that if at some point in the future the site would <br /> warrant a less intensive use, that a rezoning would be <br /> necessary. <br /> Council Member Luecke noted that he had met with Mr. Dobson, <br /> and commended him for meeting with the residents. He stated <br /> that in light of the proposed green strip buffer, that he <br /> believes it would be complimentary to the Indian Springs <br /> Apartment Complex. He stated that he is concerned with <br /> regard to further commercial south of Cleveland, but in <br /> light of the fact that this is an existing business which <br /> has incorporated proper buffer zones, that he would be <br /> supportive of rezoning. <br /> Council Member Zakrzewski questioned whether any of the <br /> mini-storage warehouses would be climate controlled. Mr. <br /> Dobson stated that his company is currently investigating <br /> the need for climate control over cold storage. He noted <br /> that currently in the area, there is no climate controlled <br /> mini-warehousing. <br /> Following further discussion, Council Member Luecke made a <br /> motion seconded by Council Coleman that Substitute Bill No. <br /> 6-91 has to be amended to incorporate the written covenant <br /> restriction, be recommended favorably to Council.
