<br /> <br />EXHIBIT B <br />PROJECT SITE <br />The Project is located in South Bend, Indiana on the site described as: <br />A parcel of land located in the East Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 20 and a part <br />of the West Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 21, all in Township 38 North, Range 2 <br />East, of the Second Principal Meridian, German Township, St. Joseph County, Indiana, being <br />more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast comer of Section 20; thence <br />South 0°49’07’’ East along the East line of the Northeast Quarter of said Section a distance of <br />1,019.80 feet to the South line of the recorded Plat of Hartman and De Maegt Subdivision, recorded <br />in Plat Book 27, page H-1 in the Office of the Recorder of St. Joseph County, Indiana, and <br />being the point of beginning of this description; thence North 89°37’14” East along said South <br />line a distance of 80.50 feet; thence South 0°48’54” East a distance of942.51 feet to a 5/8” <br />Capped Rebar “DLZ Corp” on the North right-of-way line of Cleveland Road; thence North <br />77°32’51”West along said Northright of-way line a distance of 82.64 feet to the East line of <br />the Northeast Quarter of Section 20; thence continuing North 77°32’51” West along said North <br />right-of-way line a distance of 1,002.69 feet to a 5/8” Capped Rebar “DLZ Corp” at the Southeast <br />comer of that parcel described in Instrument No. 04-12322; thence North 0°48’12” West along <br />the East line of said Instrument No. a distance of 701.45 feet 5/8” Capped Rebar “DLZ Corp” <br />on the South line of the recorded Plat of High Meadows Estates, recorded in Plat Book 21, page <br />H in the Office of the Recorder of St. Joseph County, Indiana; thence North 89°37’14” East <br />along the South line of said subdivision and the South line of Harman and De Maegt Subdivision <br />a distance of 975.75 feet to the point of beginning.
