REGULAR MEETING March 28, 2022 <br />Councilmember Davis says nothing but good things. There is a lot of hope for the young people, <br />and we have to give them positive things to do. I support this effort. <br />Councilmember Lee now entertains a motion regarding Bill No. 13-22. Vice President Sheila <br />Niezgodski makes a motion to send substitutes Bill No. 13-22, to the full council with a favorable <br />recommendation. Councilmember Karen L. White seconded the motion, which carried by a voice <br />of eight (8) ayes. <br />RISE AND REPORT <br />Councilmember motion arises from the Committee of the whole and reports back to the full <br />Council. Councilmember Henry Davis seconded the motion, which carried by a voice of eight (8) <br />ayes. <br />REGULAR MEETING RECONVENED <br />Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend reconvened in the Council <br />Chambers on the fourth floor of the County -City Building at 7:33 p.m. President Sharon L. <br />McBride presided with eight (8) members present. <br />BILLS ON THIRD READING <br />BILL NO. <br />10-22 THIRD READING ON AN ORDINANCE OF <br />THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />THE SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, TO VACATE <br />THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY: <br />A 12 FT. WIDE PUBLIC ALLEY, RUNNING <br />FROM DUEY AVENUE ON THE EAST TO <br />HOWARD STREET ON THE WEST FOR A <br />DISTANCE OF 205 FEET +/-, SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA. <br />Councilmember Canneth Lee stated that Bill No. 10-22 comes forth with a favorable <br />recommendation. <br />Vice President Sheila Niezgodski made a motion to call for passage of Bill No. 10-22. <br />Councilmember Troy Warner seconded the motion, which carried by a voice vote of eight (8) ayes. <br />Council President, Sharon McBride stated that Bill No. 10-22 has passed. <br />12-22 <br />Bill No. 12-22 tabled until Anril 11.2022. <br />13-22 <br />THIRD READING ON AN ORDINANCE OF <br />THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />THE SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, TO VACATE <br />THE.
