Section IV. The purpose of the vacation of the real property is to give property owners <br />the ability to pave the lane for a driveway and other improvements (lighting, gateway, etc.) so <br />they can safely enter their garage from the back of the property. Zoning requirements prevent <br />construction of a driveway off Meade Street. The alley is currently not passable and is in very <br />poor condition with grass and bushes preventing throughway. <br />SECTION V. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its Passage <br />by the Common Council and approval by the Mayor. <br />Sharon L.
