•CITY OF SOUTH BEND OFFICE OF THE CLERK <br /> Drive and Shine. The property will hook up to city sewer and water, and drainage will be <br /> handled on-site. <br /> Committeemember Henry Davis Jr. asked if there is another access point to the location outside <br /> of the driveway. <br /> Mike Danch responded that there is a property to the east, and there is access between that <br /> property and this one out to Ironwood Drive. <br /> Committeemember Sheila Niezgodski made a motion to send Bill No. 03-22 to the Committee of <br /> the Whole with a favorable recommendation. Committeemember Karen L. White seconded the <br /> motion, which carried by a voice vote of five (5) ayes. <br /> Bill No. 05-22 <br /> Joseph Molnar, Zoning Specialist, with offices on the fourteenth (14`h) floor of the County-City <br /> Building, presented Bill No. 05-22. <br /> Debra Hughes, 3220 Southview Drive, Elkhart, Indiana, stated the property has two (2) zones but <br /> is one (1) parcel. The petitioner hopes that the entire parcel can be zoned commercial. <br /> Committeemember Sheila Niezgodski made a motion to send Bill No. 05-22 to the Committee of <br /> the Whole with a favorable recommendation. Committeemember Karen L. White seconded the <br /> motion, which carried by a voice vote of five(5) ayes. <br /> With no further business, Chair Lori K.
