The River East Declaratory Resolution(i)designating and declaring certain <br /> territory to expand the existing River East Area; (ii) adding certain property to the River East <br /> acquisition list; and (iii)approving the River East Plan is in all respects approved, ratified and <br /> confirmed. <br /> j 4.
