Section IV. The purpose of the vacation of the real property is to give property owners <br /> the ability to pave the lane for a driveway and other improvements (lighting, gateway, etc.) so <br /> they can safely enter their garage from the back of the property. Zoning requirements prevent <br /> construction of a driveway off Meade Street. The alley is currently not passable and is in very <br /> poor condition with grass and bushes preventing throughway. <br /> SECTION V. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its Passage <br /> by the Common Council and approval by the Mayor. <br /> Sharon L.
