enntntittn Squirt <br /> EXECUTIVE SESSION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL <br /> Ohl fie CInnunan Counat of t1, Cite of ihnitli $,nh <br /> The May 7, 1990, Executive Session of the South Bend Common <br /> Council was called to order by Council President Thomas <br /> Zakrzewski at 5:00 PM in the Council informal meeting room. <br /> Persons in attendance included Council Members Luecke, <br /> Soderberg, Puzzello, Slavinskas, Zakrzewski, Duda, and <br /> Voorde; Katie Humphreys, Jon Hunt, Ann Kolata, John <br /> Leszczynski, Richard Nussbaum, Carolyn Pfotenhauer, Mayor <br /> Joseph E. Kernan, and Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand. <br /> Council President Zakrzewski noted that the purpose of the <br /> meeting was to have discussion of strategy pursuant to <br /> Indiana Code Section 5-14-1.5-6 (b) (2) (D) . <br /> It is hereby certified that no subject matter was discussed <br /> in the Executive Session other that the subject matter <br /> specified in the public notice' dated May 3, 1990. <br /> The meeting was adjourned at 7:25 PM. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Thomas Zakrzewski <br /> Council President <br />
