CITY OF SOUTH BEND HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION <br />Upon a motion by Elizabeth Hertel, seconded by Eric Stalheim, and carried by vote, the <br />Historic Preservation Commission TABLES the removal of the windows. <br />Vote: 5-1. Five in Favor, One opposed. <br />COA#2022-0223 Part 2 was tabled. <br />ii. 2022-0225A Riverside Drive Embankment (Multiple Parcels) Riverside Drive LHD, Ordinance <br />#7469-85 <br />(Audio Position: 52:00) <br />The staff report was presented by Adam Toering. <br />Staff Recommendation: Staff recommends approval <br />The applicant was represented by: <br />Sue Ellen Doudrick, 227 W Jefferson Blvd Suite 1316 South Bend, IN 46601 <br />The public was represented by: <br />N/A <br />After due consideration, the following action was taken: <br />Upon a motion by Joan Downs-Krostenko, seconded by Elizabeth Hertel, and <br />unanimously carried by vote, the Historic Preservation Commission APPROVES <br />Certificate of Appropriateness Application #2022-0225A. <br />Vote: 6-0. Six in Favor, none opposed. <br />COA#2022-0225A is approved. <br />iii. 2022-0304 13721 Adams Rd Local Landmark, Ordinance #7796-87 <br />(Audio Position: 1:07:47) <br />The staff report was presented by Adam Toering. <br />Staff Recommendation: Staff recommends approval <br />The applicant was represented by: <br />Nicholas Donovan, 13721 Adams Rd Granger, IN 46530 <br />The public was represented by: <br />N/A <br />After due consideration, the following action was taken: <br />Upon a motion by Joan Sarah Andrews, seconded by Sarah Andrews, and unanimously <br />carried by vote, the Historic Preservation Commission APPROVES Certificate of <br />Appropriateness Application #2022-0304. <br />Vote: 5-0-1.
