—aa <br /> tlnmmtttn &pDrt <br /> ZONING AND VACATION COMMITTEE <br /> MO tie Common Qlountil of tip (Mg of 14=0 Irnd: <br /> The June 25, 1990, of the Zoning and Vacation Committee was <br /> called to order by its Chairperson Council Member Lee <br /> Slavinskas at 4:50 P.M. in the Council informal meeting <br /> room. <br /> Persons in attendance included Council Members Zakrzewski, <br /> Coleman, Luecke, Niezgodski, Slavinskas, Puzzello, <br /> Slavinskas, Voorde; John Leisenring, Don Porter, Chief <br /> Marciniak, and Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand. <br /> Council Member Slavinskas noted that the purpose of the <br /> meeting was to discuss Bill No. 24-90 which is a rezoning <br /> ordinance for the property located at 1218 Van Buren Street <br /> in the City of South Bend. He noted that the P etitioner has <br /> requested that this bill be withdrawn from further Council <br /> consideration (copy attached) .
