The failure to obtain an improvement location permit when one is required by the <br />terms and provisions of this Ordinance, Section 2I -10(f)(2), specifically doing <br />construction remodeling without application for applicable commercial building permit. <br />VIOLATION REMEDY <br />Make applicable commercial application permit and Construction Design Relc rc from <br />the State of Indiana. <br />2. Use and Occupancy. No building or structure as listed in Subsection 6.6.2(a) shat l be <br />used or occupied until the building official has issued a Certificate of Occupancy as <br />provided herein. Issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy shall not be construed as an <br />approval or waiver of violation of the provisions of the Building Codes or of any other <br />ordinances enforced by the Building Department. Obtain a Certificate of occupancy for use of building. <br />4. Any person or anyone acting on behalf thereof who violates or fails to comply with <br />any of the provisions of the Building Code shall be guilty of an offense and, upon <br />conviction thereof, shall be fined five hundred dollars ($500.00).
