This property is zoned NC: <br />Neighborhood Center <br /> <br />1. VIOLATION <br />Section 21-13.02(f)(1): The failure to obtain an improvement location permit when one is required by the terms and <br />provisions of this Ordinance <br />An Improvement Location Permit is required for a change of use of a building, structure, or lot. <br />VIOLATION REMEDY <br />Submit the full building use to Commercial Plan Review for a review of compliance with the Ordinance. <br /> <br />2. VIOLATION <br />Section 21-13.02(f)(5): The conduct of any activity that is not specifically enumerated as a permitted primary or <br />accessory use in that district, and which activity has not been legally established by a currently valid special <br />exception or other approval grant. <br />A group residence requires a Special Exception approval by the Common Council. <br />VIOLATION REMEDY <br />Apply for and obtain approval for a group residence. <br /> <br />VIOLATIONS CARRY A MAXIMUM FINE OF $2,500 PER DAY <br /> <br />Please contact our office to discuss a Plan of Action regarding these violation(s).
