Qlrnnmtfln Nowe <br /> PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE <br /> Ohl the (common (tomtit of tier Qlttg of tinily Brut: <br /> The December 10, 1990 meeting of the Public Works Committee <br /> was called to order by it's Chairperson, Council Member Don <br /> Niezgodski at 4 :20 p.m. in the Council Informal Meeting <br /> Room. <br /> Persons in attendance included Council Members Luecke, <br /> Niezgodski, Puzzello, Duda, and Soderberg; Jenny Pitts <br /> Manier, George Herendeen, Don Porter, and Kathleen Cekanski- <br /> Farrand. <br /> Council Member Niezgodski noted that the purpose of the <br /> meeting was to review Bill No. 94-90 which would amend <br /> Section 2-213 of the South Bend Municipal Code, commonly <br /> known as "Schedule of Ordinance and Code Violations" . <br /> The Council Attorney then reviewed the Substitute Bill and <br /> Memorandum (copy attached) which incorporate all of the <br /> changes requested by the Committee at it's meeting of <br /> November 13th. <br /> Following favorable discussion, Council Member Luecke made a <br /> motion seconded by Council Member Duda that Substitute Bill <br /> No. 94-90 be recommended favorably to Council . The motion <br /> passed. <br /> There being no further business to come before the <br /> Committee, the meeting was adjourned at 4:25 p.m. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Council Member Don Niezgodski, Chairperson <br /> Public Works Committee <br />
