Engineer shall perform or furnish the following Additional Services: <br />The initial project scope for the Randolph Park project was to provide plan drawings <br />for the removal of the previously vacated portion of Sampson Street through Randolph <br />Park. The street removal also includes design for the installation of a new street <br />hammerhead to terminate northbound vehicular traffic at the existing alleyway. <br />Upon completion of the design process for and prior to bidding, the following items <br />have been added to the initial project scope: <br />1) Sampson Street Dedication of Additional Right-of-Way: <br />- Boundary survey <br />- Deed of Dedication Plat <br />- Field & Office work to complete the above mentioned plat <br /> <br />b. The Scope of Services currently authorized to be performed by Engineer in accordance <br />with the Agreement and previous amendments, if any, is modified as follows: <br />c.
