Law’s Tru Stone $13,480.00
2. C&S Masonry Restoration, LLC. $15,922.00
3. Slatile No quote

At that meeting, Venues Parks & Arts recommended award of a job for $13,480 to the lowest
responsive/responsible bidder, Law’s Tru Stone. Following the award on 3/22/22 Tony Stearns,
the Director of Golf, called to let me know that he decided to change the scope of work.
Previously he wanted to simply stabilize the columns at Erskine Golf Course. Now he explained
that he wanted to do a complete renovation. Tony met with Law’s Tru Stone on 3/24/22 to
discuss his updated plans. On 3/28 Law’s Tru Stone provided me with a revised quote to reflect
the widened scope of work. This updated quote was $28,860 and the original/awarded quote
was $13,480.
VPA is requesting to rescind the quotation award for the Erskine Golf Course masonry work on
the stone columns.
