Ann Kolada noted that <br /> administratively it might be more difficult to operate and <br /> manage the project if this was under the control of three <br /> such authorities. <br /> Following further discussion, Council Member Zakrzewski made <br /> a motion to recommend Bill No. 79-90 (Substitute version) <br /> favorably to Council. The motion failed for lack of a <br /> second.
