fluntnttfln arpur# <br /> ZONING AND VACATION COMMITTEE <br /> Igo the Q mmwn &Ioiuutt of the (Mg of ihuttly end: <br /> The March 26, 1990, meeting of the Zoning and Vacation <br /> Committee was called to order at 4:00 PM in the Council <br /> informal meeting room by Chairperson Council Member Lee <br /> Slavinskas. <br /> Persons in attendance included Council Members: Puzzello, <br /> Luecke, Duda, Slavinskas, Voorde, and Niezgodski; John <br /> Oxian, Don Porter, and Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand. <br /> The first item on the agenda was to review Bill No. 5-90 <br /> which is a request to designate the property located at 415 <br /> Parry Street as an historic landmark. Mr. John Oxian noted <br /> that the house in question ranks as a "12" and was built in <br /> 1880. Following favorable discussion, Council Member Luecke <br /> made a motion, seconded by Council Member Niezgodski that <br /> Bill No. 5-90 be recommended favorably to Council. The <br /> motion passed. <br /> The committee then reviewed Bill No. 6-90 which is a request <br /> to list the property commonly known as 630 West Washington <br /> as an historic landmark. Mr John Oxian of the Historic <br /> Preservation Commission noted that the property in question <br /> is the former Cunningham House. It is in the National <br /> Historic District with the house being ranked as a "13" and <br /> the Carriage House being ranked as a "12". The structures <br /> were built in 1811. <br /> Following further discussion, Council Member Niezgodski made <br /> a motion, seconded by Council Member Luecke that Bill No. 6- <br /> 90 be recommended favorably to Council. The motion passed. <br /> There being no further business to come before the <br /> Committee, the meeting was adjourned at 4: 10 PM. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Council Member Lee Slavinskas <br /> Chairperson, Zoning and Vacation Committee <br />
