White, Henry Davis Jr. <br /> Other Council Absent: None <br /> Others Present: Dawn Jones, Bianca Tirado, Victoria Trujillo, Bob Palmer <br /> Presenters: None <br /> Agenda: Bill No. 22-13 — A Resolution Establishin—a a Process for <br /> Selection of Community Police Review Board Office <br /> Committee Chair Troy Warner called to order the Community Relations Committee meeting <br /> at 4:31 p.m. <br /> Full audio dialogue of the meeting is available upon request from the City Clerk's Office. <br /> Committeemember Eli Wax made a motion to accept the Substitute version of Bill No. 22-13. <br /> Committeemember Canneth Lee seconded the motion, which carried by a voice vote of four(4) <br /> ayes. <br /> Chair Troy Warner presented Substitute Bill No. 22-13. <br /> Committeemember Canneth Lee stated that this level of transparency and engagement is <br /> essential, and this seems like a good path forward. <br /> Committeemember Lori K.
