McBride, Sheila Niezgodski <br /> Other Council Absent: None <br /> Others Present: Dawn Jones, Bianca Tirado,Victoria Trujillo, Bob Palmer <br /> Presenters: None <br /> Agenda: Bill No. 22-11—Resolution in Support of Academic Freedom <br /> Committee Chair Troy Warner called to order the Community Relations Committee meeting <br /> at 5:20 p.m. <br /> Full audio dialogue of the meeting is available upon request from the City Clerk's Office. <br /> Bill No. 22-11 <br /> Committeemember Eli Wax stated that Bill No. 22-11 is beyond the scope of the Committee and <br /> Council. <br /> Committeemember Eli Wax made a motion to table Bill No. 22-11. Chair Troy Warner seconded <br /> the motion,which carried by a voice vote of four(4)ayes. <br /> Committeemember Lori K. Hamann apologized to Council, as this version of the Bill is not the <br /> Substitute to be brought forth. <br /> Councilmember Henry Davis Jr. stated that this sets a dangerous precedent for Council. There <br /> should not be a culture where people do not feel valued in their job. <br /> Councilmember Canneth Lee stated this is the wrong version of the Bill, so it is okay to table it. <br /> Committeemember Lori K.
