Version 6-8-2017 34 6.In consideration for condemnation proceedings described below, the LPA agrees to Pay the Right of Way Manager, Appraiser, Review Appraiser, and Buyer on a daily basis (or on a pro rata basis for less than a day) the following sums: Pre-Trial Conference & Preparation Testimony in Court as Expert Witness Right of Way Manager $2,000.00 per day $1,000.00 per ½ day $2,000.00 per day $1,000.00 per ½ day Appraiser $1,200.00 per day $600.00 per ½ day $1,200.00 per day $600.00 per ½ day Review Appraiser $ 1,500.00 per day $750.00 per ½ day $ 1,500.00 per day $750.00 per ½ day Buyer $ 1,500.00 per day $750.00 per ½ day $ 1,500.00 per day $750.00 per ½ day B.Method of Payment for Design Services 1.The CONSULTANT may submit a maximum of one invoice voucher per calendar month for work covered under this Agreement. The invoice voucher shall be submitted to the LPA. The invoice voucher shall represent the value, to the LPA, of the partially completed work as of the date of the invoice voucher. The CONSULTANT shall attach thereto a summary of each pay item in Section A.2 of this Appendix, percentage completed and prior payments. 2.The LPA, for and in consideration of the rendering of the engineering services provided for in Appendix "A", agrees to pay to the CONSULTANT for rendering such services the fees established above in the following manner: a.The amount invoiced based upon percent complete or the contract unit price, except that: i.Upon completion of the geotechnical fieldwork, the first submission of the Geotechnical Report and the Geotechnical Profile Drawings to the LPA, the CONSULTANT may submit a request for payment for the soils field work. (a)Upon completion of the field investigation (cores and soil borings)80% (b)Upon Completion of the Final Report 100% ii.The maximum payment for Roadway Design Plans shall be in accordance with the following schedule: (a)Stage 1 50% (b)Preliminary Field Check (PFC) 95% (c)Stage 2 (Not a formal INDOT submission)100% iii.It is anticipated that the services outlined in this agreement only cover progressing the design plans to an INDOT Stage 2 (55%) level and that a supplemental agreement will be provided prior to progressing to Stage 3 and Final Tracings. iv.Payment for any item not otherwise set out herein shall be made based upon percentage of completion. 3.The LPA for and in consideration of the rendering of the engineering services provided for in Appendix "A", agrees to pay the CONSULTANT for rendering such services the fee established above upon completion of the work thereunder and acceptance thereof by the LPA.
