Hamann, Karen L. <br />White, Jason Piontek (Citizen Member), Carl <br />Littrell (Citizen Member) <br />Committee Members Absent: None <br />Other Council Present: Rachel Tomas Morgan, Eli Wax, Canneth Lee, Sharon L. <br />McBride, Henry Davis Jr., Troy Warner <br />Other Council Absent: None <br />Others Present: Dawn Jones, Bianca Tirado, Victoria Trujillo Bob Palmer <br />Presenters: None <br />Agenda: Organizational Meeting <br />Committee Chair Sheila Niezgodski called to order the Public Works & Property Vacation <br />Committee meeting at 4:51 mm. <br />Full audio dialogue of the meeting is available upon request from the City Clerk's Office. <br />Chair Sheila Niezgodski stated that the Committee oversees the various activities performed by <br />the Building Department, Department of Public Works, and related issues. Two (2) date's will be <br />corrected on the 2021 Annual Report, which was circulated to Council. <br />Councilmember Henry Davis Jr. asked why only three (3) Council members sit on this Committee. <br />Chair Sheila Niezgodski responded that the requirement is for three (3) members, and there are <br />two (2) citizen members, for a total of five (5). <br />Council President Sharon L.
