BULOT: I know that years ago it was an auto repair garage,there was a lot of issues with stored vehicles on property. I know that Code Enforcement had issue with that situation. Currently I think it's been abandoned or at least somewhat cleaned up over the past several years and other than that... MR. MILLER: Cleaned up. MR. URBANSKI: With just having a parking lot up front, they won't have any problems with the environmentalists will they? Because I think that was a filling station at one time. MR. BULOT: I don't know that is something that they'd have to check into and verify. MR. MILLER: Absolutely. MR. URBANSKI: So then you would need, you're going to need a complete set of drawings of what it's going to look like before you go down State, is that correct? MR. LYONS: Yeah. MR. PHIPPS: Mark,what else could go in the Local Business? Could a gas station, a convenience store? MR. LYONS: Convenience store, a lot of retail uses, fast food,... MR. BULOT: Bed and breakfast, office professional,personal service, beauty shop, barber shop, community center, funeral home, mortuary, convalescent home, nursing home and then a listing of retail and then above and beyond that it gets into the Special Exceptions. 40
