White In light of Redevelopment Commission dollars being used to pay for a study to <br /> At Large measure the economic impact of the Century Center and to study how it is <br /> management, it is perplexing why the AECOM study has not been publicly <br /> discussed. <br /> Additional concerns have been raised at what appears to be a rush to have the <br /> Century Center Board of Managers publish RFPs for the future management of <br /> the Century Center, without even discussing the report. <br /> The City of South Bend, especially during these challenging economic times, <br /> need to be much more open and transparent when public dollars are involved. <br />
