• generally described as follows: Parcel I. Lots Numbered Fifty-five (55), Fifty-six (56} and Fifty-seven (57} as shown on the recorded Plat of Samuel Martin's Addition to the Town, now City of South Bend, recorded in the Office of the Recorder of St. Joseph County, in Plat Book 3, page 28, together with the West Half (lfi) of the vacated alley lying East and adjacent to Lots Fifty-five (55), Fifty-six (56) and Fifty-seven (57) and together with the North Half (i/i) of the vacated alley lying South and adjacent to said Lot Fifty-seven (57), and Parcel II. The South Half ('h) of Lot Numbered Forty-four and all of Lot Forty-five (45) as shown on the recorded Plat of Samuel Martin's Addition to the Town, now City of South Bend, recorded in the Office of the Recorder of St. Joseph County, Indiana, in Plat Book 3, page 28, together with the East Half (~h) of the vacated alley lying West of and adjacent to said parcel and together with the North Half ('h) of the vacated alley lying South of and adjacent to said Lot Forty-five (45), by the South Bend Redevelopment Commission to the South Bend Redevelopment Authority shall be, and hereby is, accepted. 2. That the Director of Redevelopment for the City of South Bend shall cause the recording of the quitclaim deed conveying all of the right, title and interest of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission in and to the Real Property to the South Bend Redevelopment Authority. • 3. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect upon its adoption by the South Bend Redevelopment Authority.
