BlueConduit LCR and LSLR Platform Licensed Components <br />· <br />● Customer Onboarding and Initial Data Upload: BlueConduit will onboard <br />South Bend and provide guidance on the data upload process, which will create <br />a repository of service line information that will be accessible through the <br />Platform. <br /> <br />● Recommended Inspection List: BlueConduit will generate a list of homes for <br />South Bend to conduct initial inspections to verify the public and private side <br />service line materials. This list will be accessible through the Platform. It is <br />anticipated that this Recommended Inspection List may include ~150 parcels. <br />○ The cost of the property inspections will be assumed by South Bend. <br /> <br />● Inventory Compliance: The Platform will allow South Bend to view, edit, and <br />update service line materials for every service line in the distribution system. <br />The Platform will allow users to create reports and files that help satisfy <br />regulatory requirements. <br /> <br />● Prioritized Replacement List: Home-level service line material predictions will <br />be available in the Platform. These predictions may be viewed in list form or via <br />a GIS overlay. <br /> <br />● Updated Prioritized Lists: Through the platform, BlueConduit will update <br />material predictions as parcel-level inspections/replacements data is recorded <br />into the Data Collection System. <br /> <br />● Interactive service line map: BlueConduit will create a public-facing map <br />showing the service line materials data. This map will support EPA compliance <br />for a publicly accessible inventory. <br /> <br />· Type of License: SaaS Annual Subscription <br />· Number of Licenses: One (1) <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />*Unlicensed Software. Licensee has a license to use only the Capabilities specifically identified <br />herein.
