At the third floor, the construction method will be wood framed walls. The exterior will be finished <br />with synthetic slate shingles to match existing synthetic slate shingles at the roof. The window units <br />will be traditional Andersen Wood Ultimate Casements and French Casements with simulated divid- <br />ed lites. New painted materials (cedar, window sashes, etc.) will match those of the existing house. All trim: Western Red Cedar (dimensions and profiles to match rest of house), painted <br /> 2. Windows: Andersen Wood Casements and French Casements with simulated divided lite <br /> 3. Gutters, downspouts, and flashing: copper, to match rest of house <br /> 4. Synthetic Slate Shingles to match existing roof material <br />
