<br /> <br /> <br />Page | 2 <br />Construction Schedule: <br /> <br />The tree removal work for the bat habitat trees is anticipated to begin March 14th thru April 1st. The <br />remainder of the work is expected to begin in August 2022 and the bank will be stabilized by Fall 2022. <br />The City has received all other permits to perform the work. The City awarded the project to Milestone <br />Contractors North, Inc. for over $800k (with $200k coming from the Great Lakes Commission and the <br />remainder funded from the Stormwater Utility Fees paid for by City of South Bend constituents). Plans <br />for the project are included in Exhibit B.
