Qtnn Hann larpurt <br /> JOINT MEETING OF THE COMMON COUNCIL AND <br /> BOARD OF PUBLIC SAFETY <br /> Iu the &mown Qlouiwtt of tip Mit of*mutt, &tie <br /> The Executive Session of the Joint Meeting of the South Bend <br /> Common Council and the Board of Public Safety was called to <br /> order by Council President Tom Zakrzewski and Mr. Elmer Carr <br /> on February 1, 1990 at 4:40 p.m. in the Council informal <br /> meeting room. <br /> Persons in attendance included Council Members: Voorde, <br /> Soderberg, Puzzello, Niezgodski, Coleman, Zakrzewski, <br /> Luecke, and Duda; Mr. Elmer Carr, Mr. Jack Bland, Mr. <br /> Thadeus T. Zakowski, Mayor Kernan, Katherine Humphreys, <br /> Thomas Bodnar, and Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand. <br /> Council President Zakrzewski noted that the purpose of. the <br /> meeting was to discuss strategy with regard to collective <br /> bargaining pursuant to Indiana Code Section 5-14-1.5-6 (b) <br /> (2) (A) . <br /> • <br /> Council President Zakrzewski on behalf of the Common Council <br /> hereby certifies that the joint meeting was held for the <br /> discussion of the subject matter addressed in this <br /> memorandum and that no other subject matter was discussed <br /> other than that set forth in the Notice of Executive Session <br /> dated January 29, 1990. <br /> The meeting was adjourned at 5:35 p.m. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Thomas Zakrzewski, Council President <br /> TZ:srk <br />
