The
report was reviewed taking into consideration that
Resolution No. 89-77 is a five year personal property tax
abatement request for Harbor Metal Treating of Indiana, Inc.
It was noted that Stephanie Warren, an employee of Fortuna
Land Company was present in the absence of Mr. Anthony
Fortuna who would be available for questions at the regular
Common Council meeting.
1
It was noted that the area in question is located within the
Monroe Industrial Park and that the present property owner
is Fortuna Land Company.
