Oiarnrntfln apart <br /> ZONING AND VACATION COMMITTEE <br /> too tilt Common Omit of tlyt ettg of Emit!i Snit <br /> i - <br /> The March 13, 1989 meeting of the Zoning and Vacation <br /> Committee was called to order by its Chair Person Council <br /> Member Lee Slavinskas at 4:45 p.m. in the Council informal <br /> meeting room. - <br /> Persons in attendance- included Council members: Coleman, <br /> Voorde, Slavinskas, Niezgodski, Zakrzewski, Luecke, <br /> Soderberg, Duda, and Puzzello; members of the news media, <br /> and Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand. <br /> Council Member Slavinskas noted that the item on the agenda <br /> for discussion was Bill No. 8-89 which is a voluntary <br /> annexation to bring within the City limits certain land <br /> located in Clay. Township. <br /> Council Member Puzzello noted that she is unaware of any <br /> formal remonstrance to the petition. <br /> In light of the fact that the petitioner was not present, <br /> Council Member Soderberg made a motion seconded by Council <br /> Member Coleman that Bill No. 8-89 be recommended to be <br /> . continued at the regular Council meeting. Council Member <br /> Slavinskas also noted that a fiscal plan had not been <br /> recommended as of this date by the Board of Public Works. <br /> • <br /> Following further discussion the Committee passed the <br /> motion.
