~~ <br />GENERAL INFORMATION <br />District <br />The boundaries of the South Bend Redevelopment District (the "District") are coterminous <br />with the boundaries of the City of South Bend. The South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />has the authority to levy an annual tax on all taxable property in the District. <br />Location <br />The City of South Bend is located in St. Joseph County in north central Indiana and near <br />the border of the State of Michigan.
