Councilman Slavinskas noted that Mayor Kernan will, in fact, <br /> have two administrative assistants while Mayor Parent had <br /> one Deputy Mayor and one Administrative Assistant. <br /> Following further discussion Councilman Luecke made a motion <br /> seconded by Councilman Coleman that Substitute Bill No. 21- <br /> 88 be recommended favorably to Council.
