In response to a question raised by Councilman Luecke she <br /> noted that there is an educational component and that <br /> several presentations have been made available to the <br /> public. <br /> Councilman Ann Puzzello again addressed concern that age <br /> discrimination is not addressed at the State or local level. <br /> Questions were raised by the Council members with regard to <br /> jurisdiction of the South Bend office, and a possible <br /> conflict of interest with regard to the new duties proposed <br /> for the staff attorney for the charging party.
