These taken into account along with the proposed <br /> 50 which are currently being purchased would bring the total <br /> units to 234. <br /> Councilman Luecke then made a motion seconded by Councilman <br /> Soderberg that the word "thereafter" in Section 2-169 (b) be <br /> deleted. The motion passed 8 to 0. <br /> Councilman Zakrzewski then made a motion seconded by <br /> Councilman Soderberg that all language in Section 2-169 (c) <br /> addressing non-essential amentities and loans be deleted. <br /> The motion passed 8 to 0. <br /> Council Member Puzzello then made a motion seconded by <br /> Councilman Slavinskas that the program be a grant program as <br /> oppossed to a loan program. The motion was voted upon with <br /> 2 in favor and all other Council Members abstaining. <br /> Councilman Slavinskas then made a motion seconded by <br /> Councilman Zakrzewski that the fund apply to all single <br /> family detached scattered site rental units under the <br /> conventional rental program. The motion passed 8 to 0. <br /> The committees then agreed to continue the discussion of <br /> whether the fund should address loans or grants. Following <br /> discussion the committees agreed to continue the meeting <br /> until October 24, 1988.
