Councilman Braboy also expressed concern <br /> over the former condition of the lobby area and hoped it would be <br /> substantially upgraded. <br /> Following further discussion by the Committee members, Councilman Serge made <br /> a motion, seconded by Councilman Braboy, that Resolution 87-4 go to Council <br /> favorably.
