OInmmtiiu &part <br /> Personnel and Finance Committee <br /> Wu tip glomnwa Qtouurtt of tips stag of Frain lank <br /> The November 23, 1987 meeting of the Personnel and Finance <br /> Committee was called to order by its Vice-Chairman, <br /> Councilman James Barcome, at 4:45pm in the Council's <br /> informal meeting room. <br /> Persons in attendance included Councilmen and Councilwomen: <br /> Serge, Puzzello, Zakrzewski, Taylor, Barcome, Paszek, and <br /> Voorde; Loretta Duda, Dick Maginot, Jim Wensits and Kathleen <br /> Cekanski-Farrand. - <br /> Councilman Barcome noted that the purpose of the meeting was <br /> to review two bills, namely, bill no. 117-87 which would <br /> transfer monies from various accounts within various <br /> accounts of the city of South Bend for calendar year 1987 <br /> and bill no. 118-87 which was also a transfer ordinance. <br /> In light of the fact that no one from the city <br /> administration was in attendance for the meeting, Councilman <br /> Serge made a motion seconded by Councilman Taylor that bill <br /> no. 117-87 be sent to the full Council without <br /> recommendation. The motion passed. <br /> Councilman Serge then made a motion seconded by Councilman <br /> Taylor that bill no. 118-87 be sent to the full Council <br /> without recommendation. The motion passed. <br /> No further business came before the Committee. The meeting <br /> was adjourned at 4:50pm. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> James V.
