Otramm tflrt 14pn11 <br /> PERSONAL AND FINANCE COMMITTEE <br /> The November 9, 1987 meeting of the Personal and Finance <br /> Committee was called to order by its chairwoman, Beverlie J. <br /> Beck, at 5:15pm in the Council's informal meeting room. <br /> Persons in attendance included Councilwomen and Councilmen: <br /> Serge, Braboy, Puzzello, Beck, Zakrzewski, Barcome, Paszek, <br /> and Voorde; Dale Balsbaugh, Jim Wensits, and Kathleen <br /> Cekanski-Farrand. <br /> Councilwoman Beck noted that the purpose of the meeting was <br /> to review bill no. 107-87 which would appropriate $11,950 <br /> from the Morris Civic Auditorium Improvement Fund for <br /> purchase of repairs and improvements at the Morris Civic <br /> Auditorium. <br /> Dale Balsbaugh noted that the repairs are necessary in order <br /> to improve the power hoist and to provide improved lighting. <br /> He noted that there is a five year warranty on all work to <br /> be performed. <br /> Upon discussion Councilman Barcome made a motion seconded by <br /> Councilman Serge that bill 107-87 be recommended favorably <br /> to Council. The motion passed. <br /> No further business came before the Committee. The meeting <br /> was adjourned at 5:25pm. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Beverlie J.
