Services include purchase and maintenance of flowers; repair and <br /> installation of appropriate street furniture and public art;maintenance and installation of <br /> downtown banners and flags; coordination and installation of appropriate holiday and <br /> seasonal decor. The document mirrors our previous agreements with DTSB for these <br /> services. <br /> We respectfully request your approval of this agreement. <br />
