Councilmember Canneth Lee seconded the motion, <br /> which carried by a voice vote of nine(9) ayes. <br /> SPECIAL BUSINESS <br /> There was no special business. <br /> REPORTS FROM CITY OFFICES <br /> There were no reports from city offices. <br /> RESOLVE INTO THE COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE <br /> At 7:07 p.m. Vice President Sheila Niezgodski made a motion to resolve into the Committee of <br /> the Whole.
