I would like to place a bid for the property that is up for auction at <br />1514 dale ave for up to $1500 plus fees. I would also like to add that we have been taking care <br />of this lot including mowing cleaning of the sidewalk and anything that has needed done for <br />the last 6 years and there is a dead tree that will be needed to be cut down that hangs over my <br />property and other properties and wires and we are willing to take care of it within the year <br />Travis newcomer
