White, <br /> Canneth Lee <br /> Other Council Absent: None <br /> Others Present: Dawn Jones, Elivet Navarro, Bob Palmer <br /> Presenters: Dan Parker <br /> Agenda: Bill No. 06-22 — Amendment for Non-Bargaining Salary <br /> Ordinance 10817-21 <br /> Committee Chair Sheila Niezgodski called to order the Personnel & Finance Committee <br /> meeting at 5:00 p.m. <br /> Full audio dialogue of the meeting is available upon request from the City Clerk's Office. <br /> Bill No. 06-22 <br /> Dan Parker, City Controller, with offices on the twelfth (121h) floor of the County-City Building, <br /> presented Bill No. 06-22. <br /> Committeemember Eli Wax asked if there are goals for new grant funds due to the grant <br /> specialist position. <br /> Dan Parker responded that a specific amount had not been determined, but it will be helpful to <br /> have a coordinated position to research new grant opportunities. <br /> Committeemember Eli Wax requested that those metrics be tracked to determine whether the <br /> city's position is a good investment. He asked if CFS factors in benefits. <br /> Dan Parker responded that these amounts are base wages and do not include bonuses or benefits. <br /> Councilmember Lori K. Hamann requested confirmation that all positions, including the two (2) <br /> new positions, are budgeted out of the general fund. <br /> EXCELLENCE I ACCOUNTABILITY INNOVATION I INCLUSION I EMPOWERMENT <br />
