Hamann, Eli Wax, <br /> Sheila Niezgodski, Canneth Lee, Troy Warner <br /> Council Members Absent: Henry Davis Jr. <br /> Others Present: Dawn Jones, Elivet Navarro, Bob Palmer <br /> Presenters: None <br /> Agenda: Discussion of Council A eg nda <br /> Update and Announcements <br /> Adjournment <br /> President Sharon L. McBride called to order the Informal Council meeting at 4:45 p.m. and <br /> presented the proposed agenda for the February 14, 2022, Common Council meeting. <br /> Full audio dialogue of the meeting is available upon request from the City Clerk's Office. <br /> President Sharon L. McBride stated that Mayor Mueller would be providing a financial address <br /> and a report on the Youth Council. Bill No. 132-21 has been tabled indefinitely, and Bill No. 22- <br /> 11 has been continued to February 28, 2022. Bill No. 22-03 and Bill No. 22-07 will be read <br /> together but voted on separately; this is also the case with Bill No. 22-05 and Bill No. 22-09. The <br /> WNDU interviews have begun, and Councilmembers can enter the rotation by speaking with <br /> President Sharon L. McBride. There will be a hat, glove, and sanitizer giveaway for homeless <br /> individuals. On February 28, 2022, there will be a democratic caucus at headquarters. Warming <br /> centers are open but under-utilized. <br /> Councilmember Rachel Tomas Morgan stated that the Community Campus Advisory Coalition <br /> would be holding a meeting on February 15, 2022, at 3:30 p.m. The Innovation and Technology <br /> Committee will meet on February 15, 2022, at 5:00 p.m. <br /> President Sharon L. McBride stated that the MLK breakfast celebration at Century Center would <br /> be held on February 21, 2022. There are two (2) tables for Council, and all Councilmembers are <br /> scheduled to attend.
