Ordinance No. 02_1 -(3 Substitute Bill No. 7 0 -12 AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA,AMENDING CHAPTER 2, ARTICLE 1, SECTION 2-10 (i) (2) OF THE SOUTH BEND MUNICIPAL CODE OFFICIALLY CHANGING THE NAME OF THE COMMUNITY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE TO THE COMMUNITY INVESTMENT COMMITTEE STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT On October 22, 2012, the South Bend Common Council passed Ordinance No. 10195-12 which officially changed the name of the City of South .Bend's Community and Economic Development Department to the "Community Investment Department".
