INTER-OFFICE MEMORANDUM <br /> DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> DIVISION OF ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES <br />TO: Board of Public Works <br />FROM: Leslie Biek, P.E., Assistant City Engineer <br />SUBJECT: Bid Award 2021 Community Crossings Round 2 (PN 121-052) <br />(PROJ-247; PR-13986) <br />DATE: February 11, 2022 <br />On January 25, 2022, two (2) bids were opened and read into record by the Board of Public Works <br />for the 2021 Community Crossings Round 2 project (PN 121-052). Division of Engineering, <br />Legal, and Contract Compliance Administrator reviewed the documents and found Rieth-Riley <br />Construction to be the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Attached is a full bid <br />tabulation which includes division totals and unit pricing. <br />The bid results for all six divisions are as follows: <br />CONTRACTOR BASE BID TOTAL (ALL DIVISIONS) <br />Milestone Contractors North $1,332,000.00 <br />Rieth-Riley Construction Co. $1,271,724.40 <br />The Division of Engineering recommends the award of Project No. 121-052: 2021 Community <br />Crossings Round 2 to Rieth-Riley Construction Co., Inc. for a total bid price of $1,271,724.40. <br />Thank you for your consideration of this request.
