Also included is the application submitted by the petitioner. <br />Please include the attached Ordinance on the Council agenda for first reading at your February <br />28 , 2022 Council meeting, and set it for public hearing at your March 28th 2022 Council <br />me~ting. The petition is tentatively scheduled for public hearing at the March 21 st 2022 South <br />Bend Plan Commission meeting.
