<br />Landon is a Project Manager,

<br />utility design in conjunction with 
<br />roadway and site development 
<br />projects, construction monitoring 
<br />and inspection, materials testing 
<br />as well as site investigation and 
<br />surveying for various types of 
<br />projects. He is proficient with 
<br />AutoCAD, Autodesk Civil 3D, 
<br />and ArcGIS software for use of 
<br />design and plan development on 
<br />a variety of civil engineering 
<br />projects. Landon’s 
<br />responsibilities include 
<br />coordination of engineering 
<br />design and drafting of various 
<br />projects, cost estimates, design 
<br />summaries and calculations, and

<br />Paul Howard | CAD 
<br />Designer
<br />Paul’s project experience 
<br />include public and private 
<br />clients, local, state and federal 
<br />agencies. Paul has designed 
<br />and/or assisted in hundreds of 
<br />civil, transportation and site 
<br />development projects ranging 
<br />from small retail business site 
<br />layouts to multi-million dollar, 
<br />roadway construction. Design 
<br />experience includes new 
<br />roadway construction, roadway 
<br />reconstruction/rehabilitation, 
<br />intersection improvements, 
<br />traffic signalization, trail ways, 
<br />residential subdivision design, 
<br />commercial/industrial 
<br />development design, and 
<br />multi-unit apartment site

<br />Frank has 35 years experience 
<br />working on several types of 
<br />projects in plan preparation of 
<br />roadways and bridges. These 
<br />projects include 
<br />highway/interchange 
<br />intersection improvements, 
<br />trails and pedestrian facilities, 
<br />bridge and structures, storm 
<br />drainage, and traffic signal 
<br />design. His experience also 
<br />includes management of local 
<br />and federal funded projects. 
<br />He is skilled in utilizing a 
<br />variety of design software to 
<br />complete plan development 
<br />and traffic analysis for projects. 
<br />His current primary duties 
<br />include project management 
<br />and coordination, design task 
<br />coordination, federal 
<br />documentation and permits, 
<br />coordination with INDOT and 
<br />public agency staff, and 
<br />monitoring project budget and 
<br />schedule.
<br />Pamela Davenport | Sr. 
<br />Designer
<br />Pamela is a senior designer 
<br />with A&Z specializes in 
<br />transportation, water, 
<br />wastewater, and stormwater, 
<br />trails and multimodal 
<br />transportation projects. Pam 
<br />has worked on the first 
<br />phase of Drake Road and 
<br />understand the design 
<br />process and what would this 
<br />phase requires for a 
<br />successful completion. She 
<br />also has experience with 
<br />R/W plans, design submittal 
<br />plans, INDOT design and 
<br />quantity calculations. Pam’s 
<br />responsible for design of 
<br />multiple projects with various 
<br />degrees of complexity. As a 
<br />senior designer, her 
<br />responsibilities also include 
<br />quantity take-offs, cost 
<br />estimates and coordinating 
<br />with various governmental 
<br />agencies.
