Kapur is pleased to submit our proposal to the City of South Bend for the opportunity <br />to perform professional engineering and right-of-way services for Bendix Drive <br />between Lathrop Street and Voorde Drive. <br />We have carefully reviewed the Request for Proposal, visited the project site, and <br />have identified the major tasks necessary to complete the project. <br />Kapur has successfully delivered similar projects for other municipalities in the past <br />and we are confident we can do the same for the City of South Bend. <br />Shakeel Baig will serve as the Project Manager for this project. Shakeel’s diverse <br />background, 24 plus years of proven experience, and similar project experiences <br />both as an INDOT employee and consultant will provide the City the guidance and <br />leadership needed to complete this exciting project safely, on time, and within <br />budget. <br />In addition to the staff from Kapur, our proposed team includes members from the <br />following subconsultants: Etica Group, J.
