<br /> <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND <br /> <br />STATEMENT OF POLICY <br /> <br /> <br />The Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend has adopted the following policy regarding <br />the receipt of sealed electronic bids: <br /> <br /> <br />All sealed electronic bids submitted to the Board of Public Works <br />must be received electronically in the bpwbids@southbendin.gov <br />inbox no later than 9:00 a.m., Local Time, in the Board of Public <br />Works Office, 1316 County-City Building, South Bend, Indiana, no <br />later than the advertised time on the advertised date of the bid <br />opening. <br /> <br /> <br />It shall be the responsibility of the bidder to see that his/her bid is <br />received prior to the deadline stipulated in the bid advertisement. <br /> <br /> <br />Notice is hereby given that the City of South Bend, Indiana Board <br />of Public Works will receive sealed electronic bid responses at <br />bpwbids@southbendin.gov until 9:00 a.m., Local Time, on February <br />22, 2022.
